I'm planning to be only on water on the next 3-7 days starting from tomorrow due to my financial situation, should i visit gym at that time?
The dilemma is that I don't know if it will make my body lose muscles quicker or will it signal my body to keep them and burn fat instead. Genuinely no idea how it works. On one hands it has no resources to repair muscles, on the other it signals that muscles are also needed to the body. How does it work?
