I am not sure if I want to do a surgery. People say that my nose fits to my face and I don't want too small nose but I have thought about it because I don't like my nose that much, but is there any other way? If not, can you make a quick edit of an "ideal nose" for my face.

Tbh I wouldn't do anything if I were you. You already look chadlite and it is more than enough to attract most foids and get laid regularly.
