Yes there is. The effect won't be as significant as le fort i, but it works

First get a protraction facemask (Alt RAMEC + reverse headgear), and This is how should u can get the headgear to pull the maxilla forward:
Get an expander to loosen up those sutures and attach the headgear to the expander. Tell the ortho your plan and tell him your desperate. If he gives u an expander but no headgear js use ur amazon one and try to hook it onto the expander anyways
