Is there a reason my cheeks are so bloated after leaning down hard?

I feel like my cheeks have been massively inflated after putting on braces. I am relatively lean and really don’t wanna get back into starving just for the hope that I’ll get hollow cheeks again but it’s really fucking my mentality up. Genuinely.

most of the time its genetics that make your cheeks bloated even while being lean, that happens due to fat distribution, but im sure there are many fixes

Last bet is simply not being lean enough, I’ll just starve max again just so I can drop to sub 70kg until my peptides arrive.

I have a gut feeling I’m not lean enough and my fat distribution just takes out my stomach fat, my legs still have plenty of fat left and I have gained like 2-3 kg the last 2 months, I have another post of when I was lean but I guess I’ll just starve max and see

I eat a lot of sweets lately in general I have been losing my shit over food after not eating carbs for 3 months straight

yeah prob because of that then
