Is there a reason why i look worse in outside lighting compared to other?

Taking a pic outside i look 10x worse anywhere else. I could be standing in a bathroom with light going into my face, i could be outside in nighttime, i could be in bed with natural light from outside… But standing outside i look subhuman unless its from a below angle. Explain me

I look much better in irl lighting than in artificial lighting.
But i mean like that cloudy/grey/natural outside lightning. Not that bright summer lighting where everyone looks like dogshit.
