Black maca: Great. However, it stops working in terms of your body getting used to it.
Zinc: Make sure to get Picolinate or Bysglercate. Other forms are less effective/poorly absorbed.
Sunflower lecithin: Amazing. Be careful using it longterm since lecithin in general may promote high levels of TMAO which can contribute to arterial plaque.
Citrulline Malate over Arginine: simply stronger (in my opinion) and erection seems firmer.
Pygeum: doesnt really increase cumshot but does increase precum marginally.
Damiana: Great herb but hard to find. Increased my penile sensitivity and caused a huge premature ejaculation.
Tongkat ali: horny asf. Like primitive sexual urges. Also, unwanted random boners.
Horny goat weed: Tried it for several months but did nothing.
Mucuna pruriens: makes sex feel dream like. Shortens refractory period.
Ginseng: Same as hornygoat weed.
