is there a softmax fix for uneven soft tissue?

If the soft tissue in your face is uneven what can you even do about that besides surgery. the left side of my face is significantly more attractive cause the right, cartilage part of my nose is unevenly shaped. the fuck can I do? tape my nose? like white cosplayers when they're trying to look asian? I know side sleeping allegedly causes uneveness, but i try to alternate which side i sleep on every night to counteract it just in case its true. genuinely fuck my life my face is fat as fuck too even tho im 120 lbs. help

its not fucking possible to be fat at 120lbs. start sleeping on youre back or the side you havent slept on for the asymmetry
