The problem its the widows peak if i didnt have it my thirds would be practically perfect and the TFWHR would be 1.33, but it causes a disproportion

Have you tried pushing the widows peak back? To make it equal? But you would have to find a way to stop the hair from growing back

Possibly yes trim the tip of the widows peak then stop when it aligns with the end of the hairline this would only be a good solution if you have a buzz cut. but research a way to stop the widows peak hair from growing back
