can't they simply get removed/dissolved after they migrate ?
 
ye, but its an extra procedure which costs extra $

ok so it's basically removing fillers and then re-filling the area each 8-12 months instead of just doing a retouch ?

idk, i never had fillers. ik HA fillers are easiest to remove, and safest
