Is there a spot on the Earth left where an average 5-6/10 white man can still get attractive 7-9/10 white women?

So, I've brought up this topic last year: [Part 2] Is Geomaxxing still effective in the Former USSR for average - slightly above-average white men in their late 20s - early 30s?

And while I got quite a few responses, they were quite vague.

My last response was this:
"Again, it seems that my only REAL options now are Moldova (assuming it's not Westernized), Belarus, and the ethnic Russian majority parts of Kazakhstan.

Below is a pic of the kind of woman I'm seeking out. As an American, Idk how to get into Belarus or Russia, but Moldova and Kazakhstan are still on the table for me. It's all about whether or not the young attractive women are Westernized or not because God forbid if they've been corrupted, then it's game over for Geomaxxing."

With that being said, there's something I'd like to discern here.

In the West, attractive women won't go for a fit man with an average face because that man will lower her status, whereas a man with an attractive face will either maintain or bolster her status.

Hence, I hope that this cultural mentality that the West has hasn't yet taken over in Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia yet. I know that Lviv is a goner, that's for damn sure as I've been there several times and it's only gotten more Westernized since I went there in 2023. I would go to Latvia, but if they have the mentality of "Average face = lower status", then count me out.

I'm wondering if Moldova, Slovakia, and Belarus do not have this facial feudalism mentality yet. I hope they don't. I plan to go to the ethnic Russian majority parts of Kazakhstan as well as Russia itself, because those two are my last best bets as far as I'm concerned.

However, I am seeking confirmation from people who have BEEN overseas to these locations. I heard that average faces don't matter in these countries, and as long as you have an ok or fit body and have decent money, you can get these beauties, but I need to know for sure.

It's not delusional considering that average men have been able to get stacies like her in Eastern Europe before. I've seen it! They aren't elite exclusives. That's a Western thing as the face = status for men.

It already has changed. I've lived here for three and a half years. So, the question is where in Eastern Europe is left where I can get that attractive woman?

Croatia, Czechia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, especially Poland, and even Western Ukraine are all heavily Westernized with the women having standards and attitudes that are on par with Western women.

Should I try Central and Eastern Ukraine? Belarus? Is Moldova still a good option to get a Stacey? Russia (be it European Russia or ethnic Russian parts of Siberia)?? I'm personally thinking of opting for the ethnic Russian majority parts of Kazakhstan, assuming the 7-9s aren't yet Westernized.

Without being wealthy or a chad, where can one go to get her on easy mode. I've always wanted to try Belarus, but that's if I as an American can ever get in.

Are the ethnic Russian parts of Siberia and Kazakhstan not good options? What about European Russia outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg? Volgograd and Saratov? From what I can tell, they aren't really Westernized.

What about Moldova? Several guys are telling me that I can go there and score a 7, 8, or 9 still.
