Is there a squintmaxx surgery?

Wondering about this, cause my squinting face looks so many times better than my completely relaxing face. Might be some Taban related wonderjob but I am Europe based and can't visit him for now. Idk if it matters cus on natural light I anyways semi-squint (light green eye color is donezo vs any sunlight) but Id rather have it tbh

Either get lower eyelid retraction or make your eyes more hooded, that will make them more squint-like and vertically narrower

Already have opry eye shape. I wonder what else this includes? I was thinking some sort of a raising of lower eyelid? Retraction maybe?
