Is there a surgeon I can mail my pictures as a form of consultation, Cov19 not making shit easy

As the title says, I have a picture of myself when I was younger and looked normal (prepuberty) and now I look like I've been in skeleton wars. Problem is, I want to visit (but first email) a surgeon that knows his aesthetics, and not say a rhinoplasty surgeon who will try to sell me a rhino, or a jaw surgeon who'll try to sell me double jaw. I'm not sure what surgeries I might even need, so I'd just someone who's well versed and just has an eye for aesthetics and would be able to point me in the right direction.

Any such surgeons I could consult/mail without paying hundreds of dollars for Skype consults? I've tried Eppley a long time ago but he just wanted me to get implants.
