Not really. Shoulders are complex and hard to operate on. I doubt anyone would want to operate on your shoulders unless they were death tier.
Make sure you have good posture, if you have rounded shoulders you could just have incel tier posture.
Your just going to have to accept your frame and gymmaxx. You can use roids and synthol if you want. Shoulder implants sound like cope. I could not imagine them being good.
Or you can wear clothing with shoulder pads.
