Is there a surgery that changes bone by adding bone?

you are either thinking of bone grafts or HA paste (sometimes referred to as bone cement)

thats what all advancement surgeries do. they cut bone and advance it and then let it heal and fill the gap.

Ive heard of bone grafts for periodontal issues but its effects arent exact.
