don't even, augmenting both your zygos and jaw to this degree is literally impossible to look anywhere close to harmonious, which is why a good base skull is important

There does exist a surgey called temporal reduction. Looks like this.

If you just want to not have a big head and don't care too much about overall looks then I'd recommend it as a quicker fix.
