Is there a surgery to kind of change head shape?

My head looks like a fucking egg when i dont make my hair and its just really Oval in general, is there a way to at least kind of fix that? What about skull implants? Could that also kind of fix the top back of my head being pretty flat? Bc that would be a W too since my hairs would fall 10x better and it would ascend my side and back view.
