Is there a surgery to shorten your philtrum? If so, how much is it?

Lip lift is your only option as far as I know though it's often preformed on men with okay results. My main concern would be the potential scaring right below one's nose

That won't really have any effect on shortening the philtrum's skin tissue but it is effective on curing a gummy smile

Only if you overdo it which goes for really any surgery one can get (and usually it's fillers that end up overdone, not lip lifts). Most lip lifts tend to look pretty natural

this doesn't really shorten the philtrum, to be really shortened the middle of the mouth must also rise upwards but its not the case

The procedure literally cuts out part of the philtrum to raise the lip

Bro I swear I inquired more than 1 month without interruption on this ope. That could have ascend me so STRONG

But in reality they don't cut all the skin, i mean, only the fat you see circled in black. You have to cut everything (impossible) to really make the philtrum smaller. Otherwise it only lifts the upper lip and it's very ugly
