Been thinking a bit lately, that too much potassium is bad for debloating? If you're consuming too much potassium (let’s say 8000mg supplemented) you're messing up your sodium balance by making it too low and then dehydrating yourself and therefore bloating even when consuming 4L of water?
I know the ratio should be 3-4:1, but people make it seem like you just simply can't get enough potassium. I've been supplementing it and will so test around a bit and see what I notice.
I do sports and sometimes consume this product called sodium bicarbonate (it helps lactace acid buildup in explosive movements, anyway. It’s really high in sodium and I take around 20-30g of it when I use it, which is 10-15g of just sodium. And surprising I haven't found myself to be bloated per say after using it, even sometimes finding myself to be quite debloated. So yeah, I will try and mess around to see what works I guess
Sry for retard layout I just cba low effort post
