I get sick so often because i dont know it might be because im dumb enough to not know what will make me sick. If you know any thread explaining how can i protect my health and dont get sick or how can i take care of mysslf when i get sick please send it in here.

yes Bro like im tired of getting sick every month. Today this night i left the windows open so some air could come into my room and i got sick now

do you know a thread bro? I wanna improve my immune system. Bro the thing im a healthy teen. Like i workout,i eat well,i sleep well but still i have the immune system of a subhuman

Daily sun exposure, clean diet with lots of vitamin c, 3L of water a day minimum, Exercise 5x a week minimum, 7 hours sleep minimum. Fruit and/or vegetables everyday.

If that’s not enough you should consult a doctor.

i so all that except vitamin c. I might be deficient on vitamin c. And i think i dont drink that much water daily consistently.

i posted this after chrcking BOTB couldnt find one tho for people with weak immune system. There was a healthmaxxing guide but its just basic have good diet,go to gym, etc.

yeah i sleep atleast 8 hours + i take daily naps too. Nah i dont stress but i fight with my mom everyday maybe thats stress?

Yes thats stress.

Do you clean your hands, sanitize your phone etc?

You should also clean your home thoroughly.

Maybe you have some kind of allergy you dont know about. If it persists I would consult a doctor. You could have a weak immune system because of other health issues.

the real and only answer to improve it is start supplementing vitamin D, getting lots of sunlight, drink plenty of water, getting plenty of sleep, supplementing vitamin C and zync

everything else is literally cope, the above things will make a direct impact on your immune system

the best way to not get sick is to simply stop being in contact with sick people, leaving your window open or getting cold from the temperature doesnt do anything to cause you to get sick, the only way to of gotten sick is to of been in exposure to sick people, (theres a multi day incubation period so you would of came into contact with a sick person 1-2+ days prior) even with the worlds best immune system if you come into direct contact with a sick person you will catch it

concousiouly avoid touching your face, mouth or rubbing your eyes etc when going out anywhere, wash your hands thoroughly and sanitize your phone / stuff youve used while out, avoid tight unventilated indoor areas, avoid touching door handles, hand rails etc

all of the above will dramatically decrease how often you get sick and how long the sickness lasts

thank you. Yeah it might be because i touch myself a lot maybe because of that i get bsd hygiene
 
Get vitamine D and C , drink raw kefir daily, get bloodwork at your doc just ask for a health panel
