Making inner canthus much longer


Like bonesmashing the nasal base so it swells and stretches canthus

Problem is that skin doesnt shorten over time (tried it somewhere else, it just wrinkles) and the rest will stretch so it will get even more lose

You can cut and reattach it surgically but the scarring looks gross. Apart from that maybe a radix implant? Though a surgeon I ask told me it wouldn't.
