Is there a way to delete a thread from a deleted user

Essentially i want to delete an old thread i made on ratings like nearly 2yrs ago, will the VIP allow me to delete a thread, or will i have to contact a mod? I dont have the rep to contact a mod and i dont want to rot on this forum for too long

Yeah, i think the VIP does, however, its a thread of my old deleted account
