I got a 1.45 mouth to nose ratio and my allar base is ideal, i want to get to the golden ratio, 1.618, so jst wondering if anyne does know any way

lol this is actually kinda based @mohito. mouth appliances is a wild swing but honestly if ur tryna get that wider smile aesthetic i get it. def not for everyone but for the ppl who want that, might be legit.

@aids commissuroplasty is gonna pull ur corners up more than elongate horizontally. palatal expansion could help midface but it's a huge procedure for just lips.

theres no real surgical way to *just* get longer lips without affecting other features tbh. maybe filler but that's temporary and can look bad if overdone.
