i mean water but proper tongue posture and eating rough/hard healthy foods until they’re a paste in your mouth will help.

you’re still young i assume, so maybe next time you go to the orthodontist ask about a face mask. you’re gonna look retarded but it’ll help. they might not help if you don’t have an underbite tho so ask your parents and explain to them.

that’s why i said just ask or have your parents ask. if you explain why you want it they may just give it to you. regular orthopedics are basically just for aesthetic anyway unless it’s airway based.

Yes. Larp breathing problems. Tell them you can’t breathe out of your nose at all. Tell them you have a hard time sleeping because of it. Ideally you would want a protraction facemask. You’ll look stupid for a few months, but will be thankful when you have mogger forward growth.
