Is there a way to fix perfectionism paralysis?

Been stuck for 6 months rotting on this forum and searching on how to looksmaxx every single fucking day. I can't make decisions until everything is perfect, there's so much info and different opinions which makes me overthink everything and feel overwhelmed. There's definetly something wrong with me mentally.

theres nothing wrong with you i've also felt this
you want the best possible outcome but you will never get it as there is no perfect
if you've already gotten 6 months of research then
what i did is pick 1 thing out of 1 thing, like weight loss, obesity, instead of doing 10 things, master 1 for me it was as simple as learning to stop eating when im full

essentially pick your current problem, height or skincare and pick the easiest thing you can start on and focus 100% of your energy on it, then move on to the next

yes sleep is very importan #1 thing, but essentially pick 1 thing out of 1 thing and master that 1 small thing, it feels good to do "0" instead of "1" because you are in "control", you can research whatever you want to do, you can make theories, you are not naked to the consequences or trials, if you can master one thing then you win
