Like it’s not that bad dude just pretty sure if I lost weight it would tighten the skin and make it looks better

well that wasn’t the question? Losing weight won’t project your chin it'll just make it appear very slightly better, you asked about projection, and genio is one of the few (probably best) solutions

If you want forward projection then yes. Whether you need it or not is another question entirely and I wouldn’t be able to tell from such a poorly taken photo anyway
