i remember when i was like 13-14 i tried condoms for the first time and had trouble putting one on

now at 25 average condoms fit perfectly

my eq must be fucked. i would blame porn but even when i watch porn it doesnt get as hard as it used to

should i get my hormones checked first? i got diagnosed with variccocele and they can block some T

Try no fap for a week + gym + eat alot of carbs fat and protein and ashwaganda and vitamin D3. You should get morning wood atleast and better erections if not then it's probably penile structural damage aka scar tissue/pyrones disease/ brutal tbh

i get morning wood surprisingly daily

but i only get about 70-80% hard and very rarely 90% when i did all of the things u mentioned
