So I’ve had really bad acne when I was 16-17, now I’ve cleared up all my acne by using benzolperoxid and my skin is pretty clear I would say. But I still do got some acne scars on my cheeks, they got better over time and now they are less visible then they were half a year ago but is there any way I can make them nearly invisible?

  • Gentle Cleanser (CeraVe Foaming / Vanicream / any non-stripping)
  • Vitamin C serum (helps even tone + brighten scars)
    • Example: The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2%
  • Moisturizer (non-comedogenic)
  • Sunscreen (CRUCIAL) – every single day
    • La Roche-Posay Anthelios, Neutrogena Ultra Sheer, or Biore UV Aqua Rich

Night

  1. Cleanser
  2. Exfoliant (2–3x/week only)
    • The Ordinary Glycolic Acid or Paula’s Choice BHA (use at night, not on same day as retinoid)
  3. Retinoid (start 2–3x/week, increase slowly)
    • Adapalene (Differin) – best OTC retinoid for scars
  4. Moisturizer
    • Optional: add niacinamide serum before moisturizer to help calm and brighten

Full fading might take 6–12 months depending on scar depth

you can just use chat gpt for small things like this man, it saves a lot of time

accutane

nah, go to check my guide of acne, accutane eliminate acne scars
But when I would take it, where should I get it? cause in Germany you need to really have severe acne to get accutane from a doctor and now that my acne is all gone I think my dermatologist wont give accutane to me
