I always tought my main problem was a lack of maxilla, but knowing that the ideal palate width is 35+ mm,and since i have a 36mm width one i realized its not the main problem.
I actually realized its my infras that are recessed, is there a way to improve them?

operation only
or advance your maxilla

Surgery and other cosmetic procedures aside, there isn’t a whole lot you can do. Best thing is to maximize bone density and collagen production, but actually moving them foward is unlikely.

what would you recommend me to do? I always try to get a 1.400mg intake of calcium per day

You can get some bone supplements to help, I take Theracal D4000, which is expensive but really good. It won’t do anything by itself though so you have to combine a bunch of methods together, so make sure you do a lot of high-resistance training (gym), eat plenty of good food, and i recommend taking either mk-677 or cjc-1295 + ipamorelin- i personally take the latter. My infras are also recessed and I’ve seen decent improvement in only 3 weeks. Both of those stacks also increase collagen production.

lack of maxilla, not the width but the depth
lack of maxilla creates all those weird folds on your face, nasolabial folds, weak under eye support. it all comes down to maxilla

i ll tell you everything i do currently to "ascend" or at least hope to:

9-10 hours of sleep per day
skincare
high intensity gym training 4x a week
chin tucks at night
neck curls at night
orbicularis training at night
30+ minutes of sun exposure
stretching and spine decompression before going to sleep and after waking up
mewing
sleeping on my back
interoral pushing/hard mewing
1.400 mg of calcium per day by drinking milk and cosuming other dairy
lot of fruits every day (currently bananas, peaches, cherries, grape but i also eat kiwis)

i dont know whats cope and whats not i just do all of it to make sure, im still 17 so i dont know if peptides are safe rn and at the moment i dont even have the funds to afford them,i limit myself to softmaxx what i can do

Don’t have any, also you probably couldn’t really tell from photos as progress is minimal after 3 weeks. In 5 weeks check back in

You sound pretty locked in, but I can assure you peptides at a moderate dose are safe (I understand the financial part tho). Orbicularis training is like 90% cope- it’s all about your bones. Neck curls/chin tucks aren’t cope tho. If you order from felixchems.is, and use code NATALIE10, you can get 10mg of cjc-1295+ipamorelin blend for like 50$. Then you need some money for needles and BAC water but that’s the best deal out there from what I’ve seen.

isnt taking peptides gonna make my plates fuse earlier?

As long as you are taking a moderate dose, and cycling correctly, you should be fine- that is- unless you are very young and are planning to use peptides for many years before you’re 18.
