Is there any surgery to make such a thing possible? I am genetic downgrown shit. I cope with mouth-breathing and brain injury, but in reality I have the exact same skull as my whore mother, only thing is it's a death sentence on males.

Yeah but by doing so you’ll create new bone you can move the cheekbones 1-2mm laterally during a MLF3/Lefort 3, if you want thicker bones HGH works but it’s expensive as fuck.

Palate expansion works as well though opt for SARPE/EASE rather then MSE since it’s too weak to unilaterally expand your palate leading to asymmetries
