Unironically, that's sort of legit question. They do increase teeth height to give more facial support, it's useful for people in their 50s or so, after teeth are worn down. Look up "face lift dentistry". But it's, of course, not natural.
There are various claims about small cavities remineralization when supplementing large dose k2 and d3, some even claimed applying it locally would help, but not so much info about it.
