I’m not sure if this is still the case, but it used to be true that, if you tried to log into someone’s account and clicked that you forgot your password, it would show you a censored version of the email associated with the account and send the information needed to reset the password to that email.

However, I think that email may disclose the region that request came from, so use a VPN to be safe.

As far as the full email goes, I don’t think it’s possible.
