Is there a way to make the nose longer and philtrum smaller?

Title. My nose is a bit short and my philtrum is not too long, but it isn't ideal.

If I had a longer nose and smaller philtrum it would be a good boost to my looks.

Is a surgery to achieve such a result a thing? Are multiple surgeries required?
