Is there any surgical procedure to lower the eyebrows? I have hooded eyes and very little UEE but I feel as though my brows are a bit high.

Lower eyebrows are by-products of brow ridge protrusion (Asians usually have high eyebrows bc they don't have this), so getting an implant in your brow ridge would be a possible way to lower the eyebrow permanently.

Pretty sure you can have a surgeon cut, lower and reattach the skin there to "permanenlty" have them lower. Look at RealSelf/etc. to see.

The problem is the "permanent" may not be, don't know if there are any side-effects or if this look will last/turn out as optimal as you'd want.

Possibly called reverse eyebrow lift? Don't know -- some surgerons probably would want botox because it's easier for them + they profit.

But I'm pretty sure you can find one who will cut the skin around the frontal bone/supraorbital area and lower this, but it may be riskier.
