yea if they hurt and they are getting bigger u got gyno

The first that happens is they become very sensitive, you'll find yourself wanting to scratch them and seatbelts can be painful if they rest on the nipple. Soon after that they become enlarged and puffy, the shape of the nipple will look different, but it's somewhat temperature dependent.

I think, only on the left one, is becoming sensitive ( not painful btw).
i’ m on 200 test c per week and on 75 mg per day levopraid ( a procinetic that increase prolactin).
do I have to use this now?

I wouldn't say you have to, if you don't notice any gland growth or puffiness then you can just ignore it. I never used a suicidal AI like exemestane (I would use nolva first, and letrozole for something stronger) so I can't really offer any advice on it. But at 200mg test you shouldn't really have serious gyno issues unless its related to the other drug you are taking. Keep in mind prolactin can induce gyno and that sort of gyno is affected differently by drugs
