Dark Underyes are caused by three main factors
> If it's genetic,you can't escape it
> Being sleep deprived
> Maxillary Recession/poor underye support

haven’t looked much into reviving genetic under eye bags so can’t comment on that. couldn’t PRP or some variation of laser treatment assist in improving them by a decent margin?
