is there actually any benefit to quitting porn

i used to be heavily addicted since i was 14 to the time i was 17 and at 17 i quit for a long time and now im 18 i think im getting addicted again should i try to quit again

you’ll probably feel mentally better but it doesn’t give any benefit other than that whatsoever

quitting makes you think “yeah im gonna stop this because its weird and i wanna be a better person, no more pathetic shit”

it won’t change anything physically such as your looks or body state, maybe it’ll give you motivation to fix your goal on that but otherwise watching porn is a stress reliever + dopamine which is more of a benefit than quitting lol

so if u want id say keep going nobody is stopping u

Mentally you’ll feel a lot better but it’s very hard to get rid of a porn addiction especially during this day and age where everything is advertising porno
