half a ml for each cheek and 0.3ml for the submental area
stay under the zygomatic arch cause there are a lot of nerves and veins above it and away from the ramus cause your masseter and buccinator muscles are there
inject multiple times, don’t use the full dose in 1 spot, i’d just suggest marking out injection spots with a pen on your cheeks and double chin; i’d suggest going the full length of the needle if ur using a insulin syringe but i understand that it’s painful/uncomfortable.
use ice/numbing cream on the injection site beforehand if you want
