PFH is essentialy the vertical height of your eyes. Is there a way to decrease it (besides permasquinting like an autist)?

Would infraorbital rim implants help since they improve your under eye support?

You ideally want to have a ratio that is 3:1 PFL:pFH

Eh, this specific topic never really interested me before so I never paid attention to it but thanks.

Someone already mentioned the surgeries.

Just gonna try to add something different. In some cases you might naturally have lower PFH (or potential for it) but it's nullified because of lack of ideal zygos and browridge dimensions and hollow temple.

So basically not enough support.

In my personal case I could get improvement this way without having to engage those other surgeries -which is what I'm planning to do.
