What about this

We're not talking about aesthetics we're talking about practicality.

There isn’t a one size fits-all ideal fighting physique. It's more of a spectrum, having certain physical traits helps, but the whole “this body type = best fighter” thing is kinda a cope and doesn't make sense. Fighters come in all shapes and sizes, and what works for one might not work for another. For example look at Tyson Fury. The guy looks like he just came out of a dadbod convention, but he absolutely dominates because of his height, reach, and fight IQ. Then there’s Mighty Mouse, he’s small, but his speed and technique let him destroy dudes twice his size. Even Sean O’Malley, being a skinny framecel, lands clean KOs because of precision and timing. Training and experience mog raw physicality every time. That being said, certain traits definitely help in fights. For starters, height and reach are massive. If you can keep someone at arm’s length and land strikes while staying out of range, you’ve got a huge advantage. But being tall alone isn’t enough you also need endurance. If you’re a bloatlord with no cardio, you’re gonna get clapped once the fight drags on. Durability matters too. A thick neck and strong jaw are literally lifesavers. source: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6341000/ this legit shows that thicker bones in the midface and jaw can absorb more impact, which is why chads can eat punches better than normies. That’s why durability maxxing with stuff like neck training isn’t just meme advice, it’s practical and also helps with aesthetics. Mobility is huge too. You don’t wanna be some bloatlord turtle who can’t dodge. Leaner fighters like Adesanya are proof that speed and agility can completely mog brute strength. A compact midface and solid coordination let you move quickly and strike accurately, which is a game changer in a chaotic fight. At the same time, T levels play a role. High T doesn’t just help with aggression, it also fuels confidence, which you need to have killer instinct. Like, imagine being physically gifted but lacking that “it’s over” mindset. You’re just gonna hesitate and get clapped. Mental game ties everything together, and honestly, it’s underrated when people talk about fighting. That said, size and strength do have their limits. There’s a point where pure physics takes over. A 250 pound terachad just needs one clean shot on a 130 pound normie, and it’s GG. No amount of cardio or technique is saving you there. That’s why real fights tend to favor bigger guys overall. If I had to describe the “ideal” physique for this kind of fight, I’d go with someone like Stipe Miocic or Jon Jones. Tall, lean, and muscular, but not so big that it slows them down. A good balance between strength, endurance, and agility. Add in solid cardio and mental toughness, and you’ve got a recipe for domination.

Here are some other sources if you’re interested:

TLDR: There’s no one perfect fighting physique, but being tall, lean, and durable with good cardio and mental game gives you the best shot in a fight.
