im not a doctor but i suppose before sleep would be optimal because height growth happens in your sleep and erdafitinib reaches peak levels in your blood 2.5 hours after taking it what matters more is taking it at approximately the same time every day during your cycle rep if this helped

kinda depends, but if you’re not on exogenous gh, i’d take it at night as you get your natural gh spikes then. If you’re on gh, just take it with the gh (preferably in the evening as well)
