Is there an osteonomy/modified ZSO that can widen the ENTIRE zygoma including the zygomatic arch?

There are ZSO variants but none of them modify the ENTIRE zygo including the zygomatic arch as pictured here:

The one I know often do a L-shaped type of cut. Is there one osteonomy or one provider that offers some type of modified ZSO that includes the widening of the entire zygoma incuding the zygomatic arch?
