Is there an osteotomy that can bring just the malar regions of the skull forward (I've outlined the regions in black)?

So far, I've found this journal article called

Yes I know implants are the obvious choice, but is there an osteotomy for this?

Zygomatic sandwich osteotomy brings forward the cheekbones but you have to volunteer to be the guinea pig for the surgery since it has never been performed on anyone.
