Losing weight isn't even that hard if you're disciplined, read a bit and log everything. Just don't LDAR (unless you're on DNP then you can pretty much do fuckall) or follow any advice from people on EDtwt (assuming you like lean mass and not looking like a science class cadaver).

If you're tracking everything you do and those results numerically guarantees fat loss, you'll lose weight unless you're doing something wrong or have medical problems (ex, slower fat burning due to medications like beta blockers).

Eat good and not in surplus, just run and just workout. Sounds like you just don’t wanna actually have to do anything to reach what you want
