Is there any before after photo where tretenoin or retinoids actually caused loss of fat pads?

People keep saying retinoids cause loss of fat pads but i haven’t ever seen a before after where fat pads actually disappear or upper eyelid exposure had increased or eye hollowness has increased?

You don’t but people are on internet claiming it makes there eyes less hooded inspite of no application there

itll make them look saggy, its a pretty sensitive area
