is there any better options to shrink my nose other then hydrocortisone?

I’m trying to shrink my nose with something like hydrocortisone, but after reading some of the other threads about hydrocortisone, I started wondering if there are any other methods that work faster or better. I’ve also heard about clobetasol, but the potency seems way too strong, and it’s hard for me to get since I don’t have a prescription. I’m basically looking for anything that could help and preferably something that works as quickly as possible.
