#1. Lose BF (drop to 12%) #2. Your infras are recessed, giving you dark circles. Concealer on the undereyes to hide that. 3. Cut the hair in that back sticking out, your FWHR is too high for you to be adding more perceived width.

Yeah I think it’s mainly high bf becasue my diet is Whole Foods, drink water, good sleep, cardio etc so idk
