Look into maxxing out your diet and puberty in general, do the basics I mean it’s really that simple, sleep less stress diet and maybe look into hormone compounds,

only way to have a chance of a life where you are treated normally man go for it if you can

no, i have genetically bad eyes
then be ready for life of suffering and misery. i would give my limbs to escape being 4'10 if i was your height

Hide it really well and in your situation taking risk is the only thing that can save you, so go for it

Erda doesn’t make you go blind don’t listen to all the fearmongers. Just run 4mg Erda. HGH 5-12 iu. If yo mum doesn’t let u take injectables do mk677 25mg, pyridostigmine, maybe anavar. You just need to be willing to go all the way. If you can eventually get a bone scan and your bone age is old then think about getting on an AI

Then cook for yourself. Or you can try to spend lots of time at friends houses and eat there. You could also ask for help from your grandparents and get Erda delivered to your friends houses

This is what ai said you can do to hopefully get perscribed some sort of height growth hormone
Here is every single medical test and evaluation that can be done to see if he qualifies for height growth interventions:

1. Imaging & Skeletal Diagnostics
  • Bone Age X-ray (Left Hand and Wrist): This is the single most critical first step. A radiologist compares the x-ray against a standard atlas to determine his "bone age." If his bone age is significantly younger than 13 (e.g., bone age of 11), it means his growth plates are highly active and have years of growth potential left. If his bone age matches or exceeds 13, his window for intervention is narrower.
  • Growth Plate Evaluation: This determines if the epiphyseal plates are open, closing, or completely fused. Treatments like HGH only work if the plates are wide open.

2. Blood Panels & Baseline Hormone Tests
A doctor will draw blood to check if his body is naturally producing the chemicals required to grow.
  • IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1): Growth hormone fluctuates wildly throughout the day, making standard GH blood tests unreliable. Instead, doctors test IGF-1, which is a stable marker of overall growth hormone levels in the body.
  • IGFBP-3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-Binding Protein 3): This test is paired with the IGF-1 panel to evaluate growth hormone function and deficiencies.
  • Thyroid Panel (TSH and Free T4): Severe hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid gland) can completely stall a teenager's growth velocity. This is easily treated with standard thyroid medication, which triggers a rapid catch-up growth spurt if a deficiency is found.
  • Celiac Disease Antibody Screen: Chronic, undiagnosed gastrointestinal issues like Celiac disease can prevent a body from absorbing nutrients, completely stunting growth without showing obvious stomach symptoms.
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Metabolic Panel (CMP): These rule out systemic baseline illnesses, like chronic kidney disease or severe anemia, which automatically qualify a patient for growth interventions.

3. Advanced Inpatient Testing
If the baseline blood tests show low IGF-1 levels, the pediatric endocrinologist will order a definitive diagnostic test:
  • Growth Hormone Stimulation Test ("GH Stim Test"): Because the body releases growth hormone in random bursts, a baseline test isn't enough. For this test, he will be given an intravenous medication (like clonidine, arginine, or glucagon) that forces the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. His blood will be drawn every 30 minutes over several hours. If his peak GH levels stay below a specific number (typically less than 10 ng/mL), he is officially and legally diagnosed with Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD), which legally qualifies him for prescription coverage.

4. Genetic & Specialized Screening
If he is exceptionally short compared to his family, doctors look for specific genetic markers:
  • Karyotype or Genetic Microarray: This rules out underlying genetic syndromes associated with short stature, such as Noonan syndrome or SHOX gene deletions, both of which are fully FDA-approved indications for HGH coverage regardless of baseline hormone levels
Also try make sure you have money for limb lengthening when you are older.
If you are short as an adult, just accept it and try get with a really tall girl since they know it's unlikely to find a taller partner than their height and I'm pretty sure they care about height less + it could make your kid taller.
I'm sorry for your scenario. But genuinely don't rope, make a business, explore nature, donate to charity, Join a sports club preferably one where shorter height is better.
