Is there any consequences from drinking caffeine since a very young age?

I've been drinking coffee since almost as long as I can remember, I remember drinking my parents coffee all the time, and eventually making my own and drinking multiple cups a day, sometimes months on and months off of drinking coffee and caffeinated drinks, I've never considered that there may have been consequences from drinking it from such a young age, does anybody know of any issues that could or do arise from this?

Just down a bunch of carbs it’s much better for your stomach, it’s cheaper, and it gives you more long term energy. Just watch for weight gain

Yeah I heard that carbs provide all of the vital nutrients found in raw dairy and red meats, and is ideal for development as well

Only tastes good with sugar, without it is ass and I wish I wasn’t addicted to coffee tbh.

It messes with your sleep cycle and also is basically a cooked seed which isn’t what we’re supposed to eat as humans

I like the taste of black coffee but that probably just because i've been drinking it for so long, coffee makes me energetic for the first few minutes and then I crash shortly after, and if I have it late at night it makes me pass out. but yeah, you're right about the seeds part. I'm still going to keep drinking it though as long as I don't grow tired of it. there are a million other things that enter my body daily that aren't optimal but thank you for the reply

Yeah don’t worry you can take it, just try to resuce it since I also drink a lot of coffee and it really messes with my sleep cycle and stomach
