Already had an mse (7-8mm gain) and currently undergoing braces. 8 smile teeth and at least my smile is very good. I really have no idea if there is anything that can help make my pallete more normal, I will probably get another mse (marpe) when im older to fix this narrow pallete even after rpe (~41-42mm)

But then I would only have upper pallete expansion and no skeletal expasion. I was thinking to start moneymaxxing at 17-18 and then when I'm 18 get a marpe + invisalign (because i will have already have had braces by then)

I have the same problem but for lateral incisors, I had a segmental lefort and will have veneers on top to mask width

Do 'mandible expanders' exist? Idk. Probably won't work even just in theory due to no suture similar to upper jaw with MARPE. Maybe just go for Bimax.

I'm not recessed but I also dont have forward growth, so ig im normal. Is bimax still good in this case? I also have a rhinoseptoplasty lined up for when I turn 18 and my ENT told me I shouldn't get other procedures done for breathing before i get my septum fixed

I'm just theorising.

Did they explain why? Maybe consult your ENT to see if mandibular expansion can be made without jeopardising the rhinoseptoplasty procedure/results.
