Is there any doctor who performs "harmonization" surgeries?

Like you go there and say: I want to be good looking, do sth. Nah just - put implant anywhere, change eye shape etc, but something like s. koreans do:

I think dr zac ally who does famous fillers transformations is good, because he calls his procedure "harmonization" - unforntately fillers will last only a few days

I mean if your on this site for 113 days then I assume you are an aspie PSL scientist and understand facial aesthetics to a large degree to be able to pinpoint what is fucking your harmony up on your face, then you just get what needs fixing fixed individually

after 3 years of being psl member, I still don't trust either in my self nor anyone here whos not a doc

I don't think it's that easy. Harmony and taking ratios in account is important. I know my surgeon did and actually shortened my chin. I look much better now (objectively, measured by how often people tell me how good I look and how good my penis is moisturized)

I agree with @eloheepnitsif - there are ppl <professionals> who mog most knowledgable psler's - because its not just meh - fix your nose, its about "every mm matters"

also ppl <professionals> who fuck up peoples lives because of lack of passion in their job
it's best you know yourself so that when the doctor talks to you about what he wants to do you can have a say in the aesthetic and see what his opinion is on what you think

I went to Noorman van der Dussen. To quote hij on his website:

Average proportions are more attractive than unusual ones. The goal is to achieve harmony within the face, based on the golden ratio. This applies to men, women and all archetypes.

If you go to him and ask him to make you good looking, he will do a good job.
